We are also collecting information from you relating to the potential purchase of a property. This information is used purely for the purpose of a property purchase.

We might share some of your personal data with a third party from time to tim but never without prior authorisation from you first, and only for the purpose relating to a property purchase For ex: we might pass on your name and contact details to one of our recommended solicitor or mortgage brokers if you have asked us to do so. If you are in the process of purchasing a property through us, we might have to pass on your name and contact details to the vendor, the vendor’s solicitor or the vendor’s agent in order to facilitate the transaction.
